Guys, these are my guilty pleasure and they are SOOO easy! Anyone can make them and they are a healthy snack! Even my Little Bro who isn't even into healthy eating loves them. Their crispy crunch is kinda addicting.:P Anywho, The recipe is down below.:) Enjoy!
Ingredients: Olive Oil and Kale
Take a teaspoon (or a tad more) of oil to your two-three cups worth of kale and just fluff the oil and kale together with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 300.
Make sure that the stem are removed from the kale before baking.
I put fresh garlic and a little bit of salt on mine but you may season it anyway you like.
Bake in the oven from 15-30 minutes and tah-dah!
Happy Tummies Everyone! :)
God Bless!

Big Mistake #2
There is no such thing as healthy sweets. Unless you are consuming some berries or fruit, you will not find it. But do not despair. I'm sure many of you have heard of the paleo diet which is mostly meat and vegetables, then whole grains and nuts (seeds also) and a very little bit of fruit and NO SUGAR. Sounds horrible doesn't it? For me, I love the Paleo diet. Seriously, it's awesome. But some people may show some trepidation about such a diet. Don't worry, there are plenty of ways to get healthy outside of paleo.
These are the most common cliches I hear from people about eating healthy:
"Just because it's organic doesn't make it superior."
"Eating like that is too expensive."
"Don't you want to eat like everyone else? You have to say no to so much. Kinda stuck up if you ask me."
"If you wanna be skinny, just exercise."
Guys, I laugh at the ignorance of these statements. I do not mean to insult anyone's intelligence by saying these aren't valid points, but like Fat Amy says "Lesbihonest." :) If you don't want to be healthy, just say so! But, Mistake Number 2 is the way people view healthy eating. It's not organic, or expensive, or starving yourself. And if you need to say no when you're out with your friends or family, guess what? They will honor that. I have had a dairy intolerance as long as I can remember and people never said "You don't want ice cream?? Weirdo. We aren't inviting you back to our parties anymore." No. See, the only people that make a big deal about the food you eat is YOU. So, when deciding not to diet, but change your lifestyle, you don't reference anyone else. This is your decision. For some people changing your health for the better might be as simple as passing up a drink or skipping dessert or making your portions smaller. We all know our bodies and know what needs to go and what needs to stay. If you are concerned and not surewhat is causing your health issues you can email me at acceptinghislove@gmail.com. Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, I have gone through the loops and have many referrals for what you need to do or go. I'm not a doctor, yet.:) I am training to be one.:) Well, remember, it's your choice and your body! Let's take care of it! Have a happy Thursday!

Big Mistake #1
Now, I know everyone gauges their health by their weight. Tsk, tsk, people. Our body is a slow working machine and cannot be forced to lose weight as quickly as we want. If you are losing significant amounts of weight and aren't doing it via a healthy lifestyle-- you're doing it wrong. The main control-- especially for women, on your weight is your hormones. Fast dieting doesn't give them time to adjust, so the minute you slack off, your body goes back to square one. The first thing we want to change is our mindset of what is healthy.
Healthy is not what you weigh, it's how you feel.
You can be skinny and feel horrible. Skinny people can have acne, trouble digesting, bad gas, bad hair, you name it, just because you're lighter in body weight doesn't mean you're healthy.
Let's work towards being content with our self image until we can fix up the messes inside.:) This will ensure a healthier way of living and when you do lose weight, it will stay off as long as you stick to it.
Have a happy Wednesday!

Happy Health
We all want a happy life. But in order to have a happy life, we need to have a healthy one. It's not about the cooking, or buying organic, or exercising. It's about knowing where your body is and having the stamina and knowledge to meets its needs and maintain Homeostasis (equilibrium). This requires internal peace as well as outward. I am a Christian and honestly, that has cured me the most out of any condition I have.
So let me tell you my story (don't worry it's short). When I turned 9, I started having strange fevers at random times that never stayed very long. By the time I was 12, I started having weird rashes on my arms and very bad menstrual cycles. By 16, I had explainable pain in my side, rushing me to the hospital, keeping me on pain medication, slowing me down in school. I am 18 now and have been diagnosed with complex ovarian cysts and candida-- both are chronic and one is an infection. These are things I must live with for the rest of my life, but I CAN control it through diet and a healthy lifestyle. Candida takes the smallest amount of sugar--even fructose and feeds on it. Originally Candida is a good bacteria, but over production of it is harmful. I am know aware that many of my physical issues are caused from Candida. Thankfully, my mother has found a diet that will help.
That's where the fun begins.
I am going to start a journey of recipes, diys, and household tips for a healthier lifestyle that you, as a teen, child, mother, father, or grandparent can do.
Hope to you can join!
